Robert E. Nolan, CEO and President

    Robert E. Nolan is president and chief executive officer of Raxco Software. Under Nolan's leadership, Raxco has evolved to one of the leading provider of system utilities for the Windows operating system.

    Recognizing the opportunity in the Windows utilitiy market, Nolan and his team have transformed the company from the leading provider of OpenVMS system management software to a leader in providing solutions for the Windows market. Under his direction, Raxco's PerfectDisk has become the recognized leader of disk defragmentation software for enterprises, small business, and consumers, with numerous awards to its credit and a fast-growing customer base. Nolan provides the strategic direction for Raxco product development and leads the development and expansion of strategic alliances and international operations.

    Prior to joining Raxco in 1984, Mr. Nolan consulted to numerous commercial and government clients. With a background covering 24 years in technology, Nolan brings a blend of expertise in general management, strategic planning, and system softwares design, computer software development and sales management. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bloomburg University.

Joe Abusamra, Vice President of Operations

    Joe Abusamra is the vice president of operations for Raxco Software, managing the day-to-day operations of the company, and oversees the technical and pre-sales support, marketing, public relations, production, and IT areas of the business. Prior to joining Raxco in 1998, Abusamra held management positions at Sterling Software, Software AG, and ITT. He is the author of multiple articles published in international publications and has been the speaker at major industry events. Abusamra holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, with MBA studies at The George Washington University.

Timothy J. Larkin, Controller

    Mr. Larkin is responsible for managing all of Raxco Software's financial and administrative operations. He has over 20 years of financial accounting experience in various industries. Prior to joing Raxco in 1998, he worked in management positions at Comcast, Dowty Aerospace Aviation Services, and Data Measurement Corporation. Larkin received a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He has a CPA certification, and has served as a board member of the Maryland Association of CPA's Members in Industry Group.

Richard Moskowitz, Vice President of Sales

    Richard Moskowitz is the vice president of sales for Raxco Software. In this role, he provides sales leadership to the company’s United States and international sales organizations. Moskowitz has over 18 years in enterprise, channel, and consumer sales in the high-tech field. He has led the company's sales efforts in its expansion into the Windows market.  He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Victoria A. Baylin, Esq., Corporate Counsel

    Victoria Baylin is General Corporate Counsel to Raxco Software. She provides legal counsel on a wide range of corporate, business and operational issues, including organization, capital structure, shareholder relations, employment matters, compensation policies, intellectual property issues, licensing and distribution relationships, and joint venture efforts.

    Having practiced law for nearly 20 years, principally in large national firms, Ms. Baylin has developed deep expertise in corporate and securities law. Ms. Baylin specializes in corporate formation and capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, private and public financing transactions, and regulatory compliance. Prior to starting her own practice, The Baylin Firm, she was a partner in the law firms of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart (now Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP) and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Ms. Baylin led the technology practice for the Washington, D.C., and Virginia offices of Akin Gump, providing legal advice to emerging growth, development-stage, and young public companies in the technology sector.

    Ms. Baylin received a B.A. from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1983 and, three years later, earned her law degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Ms Baylin is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars.
