Technical Support Representative/Sales Engineer |

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starting Technical Support Representative/Sales Engineer to work closely with our Sales and Technical Support teams.
The person in this position will be responsible for providing customers, prospects and Sales teams with technical product advice and product demonstrations, as well as answering customer and prospect technical questions.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Maintain an advanced technical understanding of Raxco Software products
Answer detailed technical questions from potential customers, customers, and Sales reps
Design and develop detailed technical product demonstrations
Work closely with sales reps as part of an account team
Coordinate all activities related to technical sales support for potential customers and existing accounts
Work directly with prospects to help them understand the technical aspects of Raxco's products
Qualify and coordinate evaluations and demos to assist in the sales process
Act as liaison between Sales, Technical Support, and Development teams
Requirements:
Degree in business, computer science or related field
2 - 5 years experience in technical sales support
Broad knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista
Installation and computer management of both standalone and network managed systems, including Active Directory
Use and management, troubleshooting and diagnosing of Windows issues, including WMI and DCOM, and Microsoft Exchange management
Broad knowledge of internet technologies, including Web browsers, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and FTP
